EDE (Enhanced Direct Enrollment) permissions may be revoked when:
CMS identifies compliance violations
Security protocols aren't maintained
Another agent claims the application but does not submits the final enrollment; in this case you will still be the AOR of the application in CMS records.
Another agent claims and submits the application as an AOR. In this case, you will no longer be the AOR on the application in CMS records
Once your permissions have been revoked on an application, the application will be listed under Reassigned Applications
