Navigate to Applications from the left menu.
Search for and select the client’s application.
You will see the Application Details screen.
The eligibility letter is found in the EDN History section of the Application Details screen.
Click on the link to download the eligibility letter.
Review the letter for important information regarding consumer's coverage and eligibility.
