Navigate to Agency Management
Select an agent
Select Full Book checkbox under Book of Business Access field
Access Rules:
Admins have FULL BOOK access by default
Other agents without this access see only their own book of business
Agents must attest to having client permission before managing another agent's application

Reverts to personal book only
Receives email/dashboard notification

Example:
Let's say there are 5 agents in an agency.
Agent A
Agent B
Agent C
Agent D
Agent E
Agent E has been given FULL BOOK access.
Agent E will have full access to all the applications of Agents A, B, C, D.
Agents A, B, C, D will only have access to their own book of business.
