Each section below explains what the feature does and how to use it effectively.
The Agency Setup section helps you configure your agency profile and preferences.
How to Use:
Navigate to Agency Settings → Agency Setup.
Enter your agency’s name, address, and contact information.
Add the primary agency admin who will manage users and permissions.
Configure preferences:
Enable or disable imports/exports.
Turn on NPN management.
Choose notification settings for key updates.
Upload your agency logo and branding elements to maintain consistency across communications.
Tip: Complete this step first to ensure your agency’s name and contact info appear correctly on consumer-facing materials.
Manage your downline agents and sub-agencies from one centralized dashboard.
How to Use:
Go to Agency Management → Agents & Sub-agencies.
Use the search bar or filters to locate an agent or sub-agency.
Click Add Agent to onboard new team members.
Use Access Settings to:
Give an agent full book access (view all policies and applications).
Grant shared book access (view shared clients only).
Use the Sub-agencies tab to create or manage partner agencies under your main organization.
Example: If your agency has regional sub-agencies, you can assign each a manager and track their performance separately.
Control which plans your agents can sell.
How to Use:
Go to Agency Management → Plan Exceptions.
Select the carriers or plan types your agency does not contract with.
Save your selections.
Downline agents will automatically see a notification advising them to sell these plans directly on HealthCare.gov instead.
Use this feature to prevent compliance issues and ensure agents only sell approved plans.
Manage NPN overrides and designations to ensure accurate credit assignment for enrollments.
How to Use:
Navigate to NPN Management.
Under Override Designations:
Assign Agents of Record (AORs) for each state and carrier.
Use the Available to Everyone option to make certain AORs available to all agents in all states.
Under NPN Management:
Link agents to designated AORs by carrier and state.
Under Appointments and Overrides:
Review all carrier appointments for your agents.
This ensures that every enrollment properly credits the intended NPN or AOR.
Create your agency’s own self-enrollment portal for clients to shop and enroll in plans.
How to Use:
Navigate to Consumer Websites → Create Consumer Website.
Add your logo, agency name, and contact info.
Customize the theme and call-to-action text.
Copy your unique website URL and use it for marketing campaigns or email signatures.
Consumers enrolling through your link will automatically have your NPN attached.
A branded website builds trust and simplifies consumer self-enrollment.
Access a unified view of your entire agency’s client portfolio.
How to Use:
Go to Reports → Book of Business.
Choose a time range (e.g., current plan year, open enrollment).
View all applications and active policies by agent or sub-agency.
Use filters to track renewals, carrier distribution, or client status.
Agency admins can easily monitor downline productivity and retention metrics.
Track your agency’s compliance metrics as required by CMS.

Silver Plan uptake rates
Duplicate application alerts
Suspicious application searches
DMI (Data Matching Issue) generation, submission, and resolution rates
How to Use:
Navigate to Compliance Center from your agency dashboard.
Review key performance indicators (KPIs) across your downline.
Address any compliance risks directly with the responsible agent.
Staying compliant helps protect your agency’s EDE access and CMS standing.
Maintain a record of all consumer consent forms submitted by your downline agents.
How to Use:
Go to Consumer Consents.
View all uploaded consent forms by date, agent, or client name.
Upload new consent documents if needed.
Keeping consumer consents organized ensures compliance with CMS data-sharing requirements.
